I’ve updated a GoDaddy VPS before from an older CentOS to a modern version of Rocky Linux or AlmaLinux.  It takes a few hours of downtime to accomplish reviewing prerequisites, applying the updates, and making sure the new system has everything compatible and running properly.  If we need to do this I would need to know when I can work on it for a few hours uninterrupted as it can be a bit complicated with the linux shell.

The "sap-shop-vps" Godaddy VPS server's OS (Operation System) needs to be upgraded. To accomplish this, we require assistance from Godaddy Tech Support.

Here are two separate emails from the client

Appreciate the password requirements on the registration screen.

Selecting just the branch location is great.

I am still not receiving any emails at my work or personal email addresses – neither in my inbox or my junk/spam folder.  As a result, I still cannot place a test order with username “jackanick.”

I’m going to ask a few other employees to go through the registration process to see what happens . . .

Gaby just tried to complete the registration process with her work email, and the site told her that her email was already in use.  Not sure how that’s possible since the test order she submitted a couple weeks ago was done with her personal email address.

Nonetheless, she couldn’t complete the registration process.  I asked her to do the “forgot password” with her work email address, but she also did not receive any emails, either in her inbox or junk/spam folders.

From me:  Why does this keep happening?  How can we resolve their issues so we can get this new site launched?  Thanks
