Balaji's Tech notes:10/20 - Still waiting on the RMM deployment and staff count to decide on office 365 lic and Sentinel licenses. Eric will get back to Balaji soon.================10/14 - Got access to servers. Erica is copying all the files she needed from Azure, once she confirms, will shutdown the servers, decomission and delete them from Azure.Setup Pax8 account and setup S1 account, Create token to transfer console from Dynamic Quest.Buy new office 365 licenses thru MNJ and replace the current ones.Finish RMM setup for all workstations - still need to get local admin account details from Erica. ==================10/31 is the last date Dynamic quest will support Swag.1. Move pax8 licenses to Swag. Microsoft office 365 licenses got thru Pax8, need to move to their own licenses.2. Move Sentinel1 from Dynamic Quest to Swag account.3. Erica wants to get files from their accounting server, once she gets it, she does not need those Azure servers. so no need to renew Azure licenses.4. Two accounts on Godaddy. One for swag domain registrar and another one for SSL ( which they dont want it anymore) so no need to access that account. Will ask Erica to login and cancel that account.Credentials file is on our One drive folder for Swag.For now, we will start deploying Atera on PCs which we need to support, buy sentinel 1 and work with dynamic quest to transfer account.
