Once the copy is made, Create a link on the T drive to the Synology Archive folder and delete the Archive folder on the T drive ( make sure we have a good backup).</div><div><br></div><div>================</div><div><br></div><div>Update the backup documentation after moving the T drive as the Archive folder is a folder from Synology and we DO NOT need to backup that folder every day.</div><div><br></div><div>===================</div><div><br></div><div>Create a job on Veeam backup software to backup the Archive folder alone from the Synology the Rotational USB hard drive every six months.</div><div><br></div><div>This information should replicate on the MM page.</div><div><br></div><div>========================</div><div><br></div><div>Client is already informed about the procedure that Archive folder will be backed up once or twice a year and users should not make changes to that folder.</div><div><br></div><div>========================</div>
